About the 2013 contest
Pride Photo Award is an annual international contest for photos about sexual (LGBT) and gender diversity. We are looking for top quality photography on the following topics:
- non-stereotypical images of gender, masculinity and femininity
- the diversity of the LGBT community
The contest has closed on June 8th*. Participants can no longer register.
Photos could be entered in four categories.

A jury of internationally renowned photography experts will judge the entries and select the winners, who will be announced in June.
The first prize winners in every category will be flown to Amsterdam to attend the Awards Ceremony. The Awards Ceremony will take place on August 23rd, at the Amsterdam’s iconic Old Church, also host of the well-known World Press Photo exhibitions.
The Pride Photo Award exhibition will be on display there for one month and is expected to draw at least 10.000 visitors.
